Yes, single sessions can be scheduled. Clients can schedule an extra session or an emergency session, which can be purchased at the client's current rate.

A discovery call is not required. 

This is offered only to clients that have a 3 month commitment or higher. Office Hours are held on the third Tuesday of every month for a quick Get Grounded call.

Payment is required before the session takes place. Clients will be emailed an invoice using Paypal. Clients that are set up on quarterly packages can pay in full using Zelle or Paypal, or they can opt into an automatic recurring monthly payment where they are charged every month at their prorated quarterly rate (3 sessions at a time).

Cancellations or rescheduling is permitted with a 72 hour minimum notice.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via Paypal, Zelle or bank transfer.
